Back in Black!
Day 17 consisted of back workouts, all I know is that I am extremely sore and probably will be for the next 2 days.


One does not simply walk after leg day.
Day 16 consisted of leg workouts, squats, lunges, sumo squats, leg lifts, and dead lifts, also dumbbell rows.


Slowly, but Surely!
Day 15 consisted of arm workouts, like tricep rope, dips, bench press, etc. after this week it will be 5 weeks total, since I first began...


Hit it from the Back!
Day 14 of training consisted of back workouts once again.


Drop it like a Squat.
Day 13 consisted of more workouts for legs, butt, and thighs. - lunges - squats - leg extension - leg curls - leg press - leg ups

Day 12 consisted of arm workouts, arnold curls, hammer curls, push ups, etc. * I am finally getting some small muscle on my arms, I am...
Sore is Good!
Day 11 consisted of some more back workouts, 20 mins of cardio, and arms.


Control your Glutes
Day 10 consisted of leg workouts from pole squats, to leg press, lunges, leg curls, & cardio.
Tuff Stuff.
Day 9 consisted of back workout which were pretty intense, and some cardio took place aswell.
Slow Progress is Better than No Progress!
So last night after my training session, I started flexing and I am starting to get some muscle on my arms. Finally! I am also noticing...


The Body Achieves What The Mind Believes.
Day 8 consisted of Back & Bicep Workouts, but before I began Weight Lifting, I had a 20min Cardio Session on the Treadmill. Oh, and Burpes!


Cardio First or Weights First?
Day 7 Consisted of more Arm workouts, a little Light Cardio, and some Core workouts.


High Carb, Low Carb, No Carb.
Day 6 consisted of Leg Workouts & I finally recieved my Carb Cycling Diet Plan.
