Slowly, but Surely!

Day 15 consisted of arm workouts, like tricep rope, dips, bench press, etc.

after this week it will be 5 weeks total, since I first began training with me personal trainer ;Alexa Wise, she is so awesome and I have been improving on my form during our workout and also, am losing fat as I planned to.

Although, carb cycling is not easy, I am still learning out to eat better and right, and with doing so, I have been seeing some changes within my body and face.
