Hello Guys!
Finally the year has returned and everything is going back to normal! Screw Covid!!
Gyms are reopened and finally walked back into the Gym.
Got started with healthy eating, 200cal breakfast
Cesar Salad at Lunch
Nutri Bar half and half
BCAAS
To start My Monday Routine!
Started with 40min Cardio a total of 4miles
Then worked on Arms and Shoulders.
(I could not tell you how happy I was to be back in it!)
