Started off great,

200 cal breakfast

Cesar Salad

Cornnuts

Nutri Bar half and half


Once again, BCAAS

for fast recovery and inhanced energy,

increases sweat and high endurance


Workout:

5min Warmup (important to ease muscles & increase blood flow)

avoid tearing muscles or tendons


Back and Shoulder machines


Lastly, 40min. Cardio.
