2020 Wrap!!



Hello Guys! Welcome back to my blog.

I've been on hiatus & lots of things have happened which I won't get into,

although those things took place in my new awakening and rebirth!

I will begin my start-up journey once again.


Dec. 1st, 2020,

Counting Calories back in action!!


Meals: Starting at 1,360 cal. per day


Morning Breakfast: Half cup of Venti Cold Brew (0 cals)


Lunch: 2 slices of Pizza (920 cal.) / 440 cal. remain


Exercise:

Afternoon Run. 3miles, 40 mins (- 629 cal. ) 440 + 629 = 1,069 remain


Dinner: 2 slices of pizza (-920) 920-1,069 = 149 cal. remain


Snack: Protein Shake (-180 cal. ) 180 - 149 = -31 cal. over


Not bad for my first day :)

but remember you want to stay within your calorie count or make it even.
