Hello Guys!
Just a quick update, I have been continuing my daily workouts, dieting, and meal prep.
I have changed my diet in terms of foods of choice regarding fats, carbs, and proteins.
I still am referencing my previous trainers food source carb cycling list, that was given to me
when I attended Team Zero Gravity for a few days.
