Hello APRIL!!!

Hello Everyone!

So this morning I realized that I am losing so much weight haha! For the past 3 weeks I've been workingout 6 days a week, with 1 rest day, and I've been doing more than 3 + miles per week in cardio! I've also sliced my food intake once again!

Although, I've been steady with weight training regarding lbs, I have gone up on weight with some of my workout routines, not to much though, and it's really been working. I see my ribs and some slight form of muscles on my core and my hip bones are slowly revealing themselves! Not only that, but my arms are coming along well! Thighs are getting slimmer and shoulders popping out! You can also see it in my face! That collar bone is coming out too! I am beyond Happy!!!!
