Hey guys, quick update I've been training on track again woohoo!

I went shopping last weekend with my fiance Louie.

Got the main meals down, turkey and chicken, carrots, rice cakes, tons of spinach,

veggies, and sweet potatoes, and most of all eggs!

I have continued training each week and maintaining my workout routine once again.

Personally, one thing I like to mention is that although there are days I am not be as motived to hit the gym, some of the things I do to keep me motived or inspired are:

I watch fitness videos on youtube some ladies who inspire me are Heidi Somers & Paige Hathaway!

I surf instagram work motivational quotes, supplements, gym inspiration, or stalk my other fitness freaks like Jay Cutler, Kai Greene, or anything related to fitness, when I see them succeeding

it motivates me to hit the gym regardless the circumstance!!
