Working Out, isn't just exercise. Sometimes, it's Therapy

Hey Guys! Sorry for not keeping up with my blogging for the past month,
I recently have been laid off at work and have been applying for new jobs like a mad man and on top of that hitting some life bumps too.
Overall, hoping for the best and keeping my head up.
One thing I would like to talk about, is that no matter how angry, sad, or depressed I may have been in the past week, there were 2 things in my life that kept me focused, positive, relieved, and sane!
1} My Fiance, Louie. He is always there for me and just having him to keep me standing and focused has been a blessing.
and
2} The G Y M !! Yes, I have always looked forward to hitting the gym, but I seriously have been going head strong continuously, and I have felt amazing! Nothing like workingout to release stress, anger, and negativity, doubt, or any life pressure.
It has stuck with me then and it is still my therapy from time to time.
