Weekly Workout - Inspired by Heidi Somers
I have been doing some workout searching to lean out my thighs and minimize my mid-section, along with arm workouts.
1 area I really have been focusing on this week were Thighs, and the 2nd area was my shoulders.
I was watching fitness videos on youtube and came across an NPC Bikini competitor by the name Heidi Somers and her prep journey; her videos talked about her food prep, weekly schedule, and
her trix and tips for getting that amazing bikini body ready before competition.
Heidi's videos were extremely helpful, and I also picked up some workouts from here video.
