New Workout Schedule

Hello everyone, well as you may all know by now I had to cancel my personal training sessions do to financial budgeting dealing with my school loans, but that does not me I get to stop training.

I actually managed to drive to my Primary Gym, Gold's Gym Montclair during the week, for the 1st time. I usually go to the gym Fri, Sat, Sun weekends with my Fiance Louie, but since I nolonger

have personal training sessions, I began going to the gym atleast 2 d - 3 d's a week.

It doesn't take much time to get there either!

Luckly I have also been maintaining my food entake and nutrition style too!

I am just happy to get back into it after the holidays and all that delicious fatty foods :)
