Pain, Sacrifice, Dedication, it's all worth it...

So this week I hit the gym twice, Tuesday and Yesterday it went swell.

Tuesday:

Abs, Core, Shoulders, Back, Cardio

Wensday:

Abs, Core, Arms, Cardio

Note:

So while I was being trained by Alexa Wise,

I learned that a good protein snack that many of the Bikini Models eat

are Rice Cakes!!!

Okay, so maybe they don't look too appealing, but they are tasty and get the job done.

Give it a try if you want to eat when hungry and want to get lean!
