Upper Body! & Happy Holidays!

Hello again, so today was the last day of this week I train with my wonderful trainer Alexa!...atleast until next monday ofcourse.
Since I trained lower body monday, I worked out upper body, which includes: triceps, biceps, back, shoulders, and upper abdominal.
