Lower Body Power Workout!

Due to the Holiday weekend, me and my trainer decided to train on Only Monday & Tuesday.
So todays workout consisted of lower body, but not just a specified muscle to workout, but everything located in the lower portion of my body including: Quads, Glutes, Thighs, Calves, Cardio, & Lower Abdominal muscles.
Tomorrow's workout training session will mainly focus on Upper Body!
