Day 52 consisted of shoulder workouts since mainly focus on workout out a little bit of everything during my weekends it's good to isolate your days to focus on one muscle at a time.
The workout included Resistance Bands, Push ups, Dumbbell Raises, Ball Raises, and Machine Workouts. I am incredibly sore everywhere!
