Burn Baby Burn!

Day 47 dealt with leg day, my favorite! I really want to focus on getting leaner thighs because my thighs are quite big, so my trainer had me burn more fat on my thighs by having do interval training lunges, jumping jacks, calves, and natural squating rather than using weights while I squat.
