Don't Neglect your Muscles!

Day 36 focused on back workouts and cardio!
Note: Before I started workingout I used to think that each exercise was just specific to your basic body parts such as legs, arms, tummy, core, and butt, but now, I understand there is more muscles around your body that can be isolated and focused on, for example your legs aren't just 1 part of the body, but within your leg area there are quads, calves, thighs, and glutes.
another example would be your arms and your back, both these areas require more than 1 muscle so if you want the best result you can't neglect other muscles, you must workout each muscle area.
I come to find, that working all the muscles located in several parts of your body, increases the result factor.
