Don't Stop!

So I took 6 days off of training and only consisted of cardio, to be honest, it was incredibly tough! I felt depressed and felt so gross, I am always so happy to workout with my personal trainer and being unable to, really took me down.

Funny thing really...I was so happy to be back in the Gym Sunday Night!!

I hate taking breaks from exercise routines, especially if they work for you.

Word of Advice! D O N T T A K E B R E A K S !

Although my reason was rational dealing with money, It still made me sad to stop my routine,

even though cardio never hurt, but it just aint the same when you lifting heavy in an environment built for it.
