BREAKFAST (8:00am)

  • - 3 small eggs

  • - 1 small potatoe

  • - Optional: 1 wheat tortilla or 2 whole wheat muffin

 

SNACK (12:00 pm)

  • - 1 Protein Cliff Bar

 

LUNCH (3:00 pm)

  • - 1 Can of Tuna 

 

SNACK (5:00pm)

  • - 8 Baby Carrots or 1 cup of oatmeal

 

DINNER (8:00pm)

  • - 6 oz. of Protein (Salmon, Turkey, or Chicken)

  • - 2 cups of spinach or lettuce salad

  • - 2 slices of asparagus

  • - 1 1/2 cup of Brown Rice

 

((Keep in Mind, This is after my Workout, Before Bed))

SNACK (9:00pm)

  • - 1 Rice Cake

  • - 1 Protein Shake
