WHAT I DO...

I have an AA Certification in Drafting & Design & a BA in Project Management & Business Administration.  I also am an aspiring artist. When I am not working 6am - 3pm I am drawing, working on art pieces or finding ways to better my skills. I train at night 7-8pm or 6:30 - 7:30pm, usually on Mon. - Wed, Thursday is Rest Day and

Fri - Sun I am in the Gym.

Although, I still have plenty to learn in the fitness world I am pushing myself to the limit to meet my final form and reach the ultimate body I have always dreamed of! Along  the way, I am learning, inspiring, and helping others. 

I enjoy spending long hours in the gym and just pushing myself, I am even developing an ambitious ideal to train others and motivating them to achieve their ideal physique. 

There was a time I thought achieving such a body is impossible and I believed it, people always want to tell you it's impossible to do something, but that is not true at all. It starts with you & your mind set to stop making excuses and just go for it.

It is only until you try & try again, that you will see results.Don't stop! 

I have been weight training with my fiance who is a certified trainer & holds a AA in Kinesiology & has competed once and won his first trophy in 2012; For almost 4 years, within' those 4 years I have been working out and learning eating habits, trying to figure out the key to eating clean, supplementing according to your workout, and what are the most important parts of training and gaining the ultimate body! You see body builders and fitness models with such amazing bodies, but how do they get there? What does it really take? I am on my journey to finding out the true value, potential, and the training these atheletes go through and what it takes to modify and push your body to its ultimate form!

WHY I DO IT...

Before I discovered the realm of fitness I used to think having the body you always dreamed of was impossible, but if you dedicate yourself and put time into your training and healthy food into your body and stay consistant with your routine results will not fail to expose themselves. 

I love what I am doing and I am going to succeed, no matter how long it takes I will meet my goal and keep striving for more.
